All garage sales shall be conducted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, only.

The merchandise offered at the sale shall be only used, unwanted items of personal property acquired for normal use by the person to whom the permit is issued.

Advertisement signs can not be greater than two by two (2 x 2) feet.  No signs shall be placed on the public right-of-way.  No lighted signs shall be used.  Signs shall be displayed only during the sale and shall be removed within twenty-four (24) hours after completion of the sale.
